I know, we’ve gone from Korean bounce creams and now to Korean rubber masks. We just could not resist.
Do you remember watching those old movies where women having beauty treatments were able to peel off their beauty masks all at once with no breaks? If so, a Korean rubber mask may be one you want to try. There is a range of quality and price points and we are just focusing on two (extreme ends of the scale if you will).
Shangreen Gold Premium Modeling Mask
Available as a set of five from specialist Korean Beauty retailer peach and lily for around $98 (£60). These are ‘spa luxury’ standard and have been a standard in quality spas for years.
Lindsey Modeling Rubber Masks
The other are the Lindsey Modeling rubber masks available in five choices:
Collagen, Pearl, Lavender, Cool and Vitamin. Each mask usually costs $6 (£4) or you can buy in sets
Available from glow recipe. You mix these masks with water to get the right consistency, leave for a bit and then apply with the supplied spatula.
It would be interesting to see whether European or American Beauty brands bring out their own versions. Korean Rubber masks have been around for a while now.
